Friends, Fans and the entire racing world, I would like to introduce to you Jaclyn Reese. Jaclyn is the new VP of marketing and Public Relations for K.Brown Motorsports and Jokers Wild Racing.

Jaclyn has been involved in motorsports for eight years and currently has her own fan base with professional modeling. Jaclyn has just what it takes to make our marketing partners and fans feel like family.

I cannot tell everyone how happy I am to have Jaclyn on your team. Wherever she goes, people fall in love with her. She has a personality that is second to none!

Jaclyn has been working overtime with our marketing partners and potential marketing partners to get our 2004 season going as soon as possible.

Not only has she been working hard for the team, but in her modeling career as well. You can catch Jaclyn on the runway or in various fashion shows in Utah, Nevada and Wyoming. She is also Miss October in Utah’s A-List calendar.

Between photo shoots and the racetrack, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and working out at the gym. She is a certified personal fitness trainer through International Sports Science Association. Jaclyn loves helping people accomplish their goals and increase their self-esteem. That is one of the many reasons I am so thrilled to have her on the team. We have so many goals we plan to accomplish this next year, and with her expertise, I know we will succeed!

Jaclyn has been named the official “Spokes Model” for one our new marketing partners… “Nitro POOCH fast wear” She will be modeling some of their new clothing line in 2004 that will be sold on the Internet. Well, everyone welcome to another year of Jokers WILD racing! I hope that all of you and your families had a very warm and special holiday! I can't say it enough to all of you who have stood behind us during this marketing rebuild, THANK YOU! … Still nothing has been inked but we are very hopeful that things will be completed soon!

Well, I was in Phoenix last weekend for the time trails at firebird, hung out with my hommies J-ROD and Kenny, met up with some fellow "Maters" had a blast
(Or as much of a blast as I could without the joker mobile anyway) chatted with my only living mentor. Gary Scelzi, Gary tuned me in to some racing ideas and I am eternally grateful to Gary for his support and friendship! Oh and I think…. nope…. I KNOW that Force will NOT be champ in 03' I have not felt electricity in the air in any race pit like I felt in team Shoe's pit with Gary! This team is on the move! I wish them all the very best in 03' Thank GOD I'm not running Funny's…..

As you know we have a great team and we know we can build "Brand Loyalty" for our sponsors, if having fans and friends such as those we have now is any indication as to what a team is all about… we are already champions! Well here we are coming up on Christmas, things are still going as planned, but not as fast as most would like… Our deadline is the end of December…. so we are getting real close to breaking the news! Stay tuned, as it will break here first!

You would not believe the amount of work that goes into locating the right sponsor! But we are all up for the task! We know we have a great team and we know we can build "Brand Loyalty" for our sponsors, but trying to get them to open up and see the possibilities is the hard part! It seems that the press is chomping at the bit here…I average around 35 e-mails a day wanting to know if I will let them break the news or updates! It makes me feel real good to be on people's minds!

TEAM UPDATE!
Kevin: Working at the shop restoring those classic cars, putting in 6 hours a night on sponsor needs and other paperwork.

Jayne: Working a full time career, working 3 hours a night on designs for JWR apparel.

Ty: Working a full time job, at night working on inventory parts lists etc.

Kris: Works 65 hour weeks and at night working on the finishing touches on his 5-window coupe! Plus keeping all of the JWR shop items in order.

Jase: Working full time on his career and part time on media relations for the team.

Barry: Works his butt off during the day and getting ready for 2003.

Mike: Mike is in the process of opening up MEMD! Mike Elmer's Motor sports Design while kicking out our artwork for team logo's, t-shirts, renderings etc.

Scott: Scott is uncertain that he will return next year with the team, he is concentrating on his home life and his children.

Well folks…. It's still in the works…we have had calls and meetings, things appear to be going smooth but nothing is inked as of yet! We remain hopeful…Thanks for all the letters and continued support from all of our fans and friends, without you Kevin would have given up some time ago!

Kevin has had contact with a company that he has been trying to get in touch with since February! Our presentation will be in the hands of the CEO of this company on Tuesday 8-13-02! This is a company that Kevin feels real strong about! He would love to promote this company and has some real neat ideas to do so! Wish us luck on this one! Kevin has not been himself since he was in contact with this company on Thursday last week! He is so excited about getting a hold of this company he is beside himself…. we will let you know as we hear anything.

Well fans, friends and family….The summer is here and we are still working on sponsor deals! Kevin has had various meeting with potential companies but he just did not feel that their hearts were in it! He felt that it was a "tax write off" only for them only…All who know Kevin can understand that he will only endorse a company that he feels good about, I can't change him on that point, I have tried…he will NOT budge! Kevin feels that his name is more important than just getting some dollars and going to the track….

We are setting appointments with 3 large companies that have shown a lot of interest in this team! What they like the most is the concept of Ty (our son) driving the TAD car and Kevin in the Top Fuel car… couple that with our killer "employee incentive program" and they would have an award winning team.

I cannot comment on just who we are meeting with, but I can say this….any one of these companies would be good for the sport! All are "Family oriented" and that is what the boss wants.

Kevin wanted me to tell the fans to hang on a little longer…for he promises to bring a HIGH QUALITY sponsor to your team! One that you can be proud to see on your
Joker's WILD cars!

Since his first round exit at the Fram Autolite nationals in Sonoma Ca. Pilot Kevin Brown has gone stir crazy not being in the car! Both Kevin and the team are more than ready to get on the track. “After seeing the numbers from Reading my right foot started twitching, I need to be in the car” Brown says.

“We are very proud to announce that Jerrod of RacersEdge web design and his family have stepped up to help the team in 2002, Jerrod a first rate Web Designer and owner of RacersEdge from Rancho Cucamonga, CA met the pilot of the Jokers WILD team, Kevin Brown at the Fram Autolite nationals in Sonoma, “I am glad that Jerrod and I got together as I believe we can do positive things for each other! I mean Jerrod has done webs for Mr. Scelzi, Mr. Tommy Johnson jr. Mr. Schumacher just to name a few so I feel honored to have Jerrod doing all of my internet stuff, plus he builds a great site and I have the greatest fans and team in the world” Brown stated.

If the team can secure sponsors for the last three races, they will be a threat as the car has ran very well and fast so far this year! “I have tried real hard in locating sponsors for the last three races, it has been tough but if it happens fine, if not, we’ll look to next year! If it doesn’t happen it will be a real long winter as I have a Top Caliber car and team, these guys are truly awesome; we have had a great year so far, Top 50 in the world…. Top 10 in division, 2 track records and Utah’s Quickest and fastest FMD. I hope to make the last 3 races to secure our points not for me at all…Just for my team! They damn sure deserve it!” Brown stated.
